UK/"Rest of the World" Starts Shipping Today!

We’ve got some jolly good news to share with you all! UK Shipping Begins TODAY! And since the UK is handling our “Rest of the World” shipping (basically everyone who isn’t in the U.S., Canada, Australia, Asia, and the EU), many of you will soon receive your items!
Keep an eye on your inbox (and your front doors). You should receive an email with your tracking number shortly so you can follow your order on its epic journey. We can’t wait for you to get your hands on it and start your adventures!

It looks like our delivery dragons have finally made it to the land Down Under because we have an exciting announcement to share: shipping in Australia and New Zealand will begin today! Aussies and Kiwis, you know what that means — your items will be there soon!

More Updates on U.S. Tribbles
In our last update, we informed our U.S. backers about the fulfillment issues we’ve been experiencing. We recently discovered that these issues also caused some shipments to contain only single units of Axe Charms and Lined Tech Pouches instead of your full orders.
If you have received any of these items on their own in a shipment, please rest assured that we are aware of this mistake and have identified the affected orders. You will be receiving the rest of your order as quickly as possible.
We understand how frustrating this situation is and are working diligently to resolve it. Our team is committed to ensuring that everyone receives their complete orders as soon as possible. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we address and rectify these issues. We truly appreciate your support and are dedicated to making things right.

Canada Shipping Starts Today and U.S. Badge Tribbles

We’ve got some exciting shipping news for our Northernmost Americans!
Not only have we started shipping in the United States, but as of TODAY, we’re also starting the shipping process in Canada! Be on the lookout for your bags coming to a mailbox or door near you. We hope you're enjoying the excitement of receiving your Bag of Holding. We’ve been enjoying the comments of people getting their bags in person.
Are Your U.S. Add-Ons Multiplying?
It seems like some Tribbles got into the U.S. fulfillment partner’s warehouse because instead of sending out individual units of specific add-ons, a few of you ended up with either BAGS of Axe Zipper Charms and Patches, or received ONLY your Patches! Oops! If you’re one of the people with multiples, consider them a gift. (Try giving some to your friends!)
If you ONLY received Patches, DON’T WORRY. We’ve identified which Backers have been affected, and the rest of your items will be shipped out separately.
Sorry for the mix-up. Despite our extensive processes, our U.S. fulfillment partner's warehouse was a little TOO EXCITED about some of the items, leading to an unexpected shortage of Patches in the U.S. However, we've proactively coordinated with our manufacturers to produce a new batch.
Going forward, we’ll continue shipping full orders with the remaining stock of Patches. Once the stock is depleted, we’ll ship orders without Patches and send any affected backers their missing Patches as soon as they arrive. We anticipate this process to take about 3-4 weeks, though we are working diligently to expedite it. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we didn’t want to delay your entire order due to a missing Patch. Our fulfillment partner has been highly cooperative, and is working with us to implement these changes as swiftly as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
TL;DR: Our U.S. fulfillment partner’s warehouse had a slight mix-up with shipping instructions and shipped either too many Patches or ONLY Patches. Now we have to make more. If you’re missing Patches, they’ll arrive separately from the rest of your order. If you’re missing the rest of your order, it’ll be on its way shortly. It’s taking a few days to sort out, but we’re working on it! Thank you for your understanding and patience.
And for all of you non-U.S./Canadians, here’s a brief update for you: inventory has been received at our various fulfillment partner’s warehouses throughout the world, and we’re hoping to start shipping your items out shortly. Just a reminder, we’re still about a month ahead of schedule, so you should receive your items well before the promised fulfillment date.

Hey, amazing backers!
We have some great news to share with you today! Rollacrit’s Bag of Holding has cleared customs and has officially arrived at our U.S., Canada, and Australia warehouses. Welcome home!
This *is* exciting news, but hold on to your dice bags because we’re still inventorying everything. We don’t have a specific start date for shipping all of these locations just yet but rest assured, we’ll be opening up some Dimension Doors for help as we diligently work to get everything sorted as quickly as possible.
So what does this mean?
Fulfillment is Earlier Than Expected!
AND we’re starting U.S. fulfillment! Thanks to the quick processing and our excellent logistics team, we plan on fulfilling the campaign EARLIER than we initially anticipated.

Shipping Plan: Staggered Delivery
We’ll be implementing a staggered delivery system for the entire campaign. This means that shipments will be based on the warehouse being ready to start sending out orders, not necessarily in the order they arrive at the warehouse. This approach helps us ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. So, if you’re not in the U.S., don’t worry. We have plans to get your items to you as soon as possible.
